About
On this page you are going to hear secretly-taped audio of a little then-two-year girl in ‘protective custody’ say she is being hit at home, that it hurts, you will her hear cry to go home with her mommy in the car she remembers, you will her scream at being separated from her mother at the end of the CPS-supervised visit, but worse than that, you will see color photos of this angel’s back and bottom covered in bruises and welts. At the time these abuse photos were taken, she had not been in my care for 8 months. Now she’s been gone for two years and I haven’t heard her voice in that long. She is being told I am dead. WHY?
Before you see how she looks in my mother and step-father’s care, see how she looked in mine.

THESE AUDIOS WERE SECRETLY TAKEN DURING A CPS SUPERVISED VISIT; this one is the only time I get to hear my daughter say “I love you, mommy”:

This is my daughter Markel Charron. She is four years old. She was taken from me March 16, 2009 because I went to the hospital (St. Luke’s) to report a POSSIBLE CRIME by my mother and step-father (of which I had foundational proof 20100912174710). The hospital staff tricked me into giving my daughter to them by saying they were just taking her diaper and never brought her back. I was held in a room for ELEVEN hours by a security guard. The hospital didn’t call CPS. They called my mother (not my grandmother who was my listed emergency contact) and she came to the hospital and got my daughter. No investigation, no hearing, nothing. St. Luke’s just handed my precious child to my mother who abused me throughout my life. Then the hospital put me into an involuntary mental health evaluation for ten days. All because my MOTHER told them I was crazy. When I was cleared by the Psych Judge after full evaluations, my mother wouldn’t return my child. When the CPS administration sent me a letter saying they found no grounds for further action (in other words I had been CLEARED of abuse or neglect officially) on May 18, 2009, still my mother wouldn’t return my child and the courts wouldn’t make her. I was “allowed” to see my own child once a month at the CPS office during this time. By July 31, 2009 CPS had fabricated a case against me. By November 2009, I was in trial that was terminating my rights on the basis that I wasn’t cooperating with CPS because I refused to take a monthly injection of Halodrol. When I took this first injection, on their command, I nearly died because I am allergic to it. This documentation was given to the CPS and even though their own doctor wrote a letter saying the drugs weren’t necessary, CPS insisted I had to have it.

I have not laid my eyes on Markel since November 2009. I haven’t heard her voice in TWO YEARS. I have done NOTHING to deserve this. I will prove that with this website, with my upcoming book and with every possible media interview I can find who will listen to me.
When I did last see her, I was appalled to see the change in her. I used my camera-phone to take these pictures below that show how different she looks. I have an audio tape of her crying that “they hit my headie at home”. My mother abused me as a child so I know what MY daughter is suffering.
It is time to bring her home. She misses me and wants to come back to her real home. The State of Texas will not listen to my concerns that she has bruises & welts on her backside but that was the last time I have been allowed to see her. Nor does the State of Texas care that the hospital “accidentally” called me to say she had a broke arm but no one will confirm this. On the bar above is the word ‘Current’ and about half-way down are photos of the bruises on her back (I tried to show the court & the police & CPS but no one cares)…please judge for yourself!

In this audio, Markel remembers her mommy’s car she loved so much as you can see in above picture and gets sad.

The State of Texas is responsible to my child for what they have done to her, to her belief in the goodness of life, to her trust level.
